REUSABLE INSTEAD OF DISPOSABLE
Many single-use plastic products have been banned in the EU since 3 July 2021. These include drinking straws, stirrers, baloon sticks or disposable tableware made of conventional and »bioplastic«. To-go cups and disposable containers made of polystyrene may also no longer be produced and sold in the EU.
From 2023, caterers, delivery services and restaurants will also be obliged to offer reusable containers as an disposable containers for food and drinks to take away and order.

Details on certificates
The production of Nature Line Cutlery and the cutlery itself is certified by various management and food safety certificates: ISO 22000, ISO 9001, 14001 and ISO 45001. Also according to BRC – Consumer products and Sedex Smeta social audit with GMP. The following performance certificates have been obtained for the cutlery: EN 12875-1 certificate for resistance to washing in a dishwasher, EN 15284:2007 for microvawe safe, and LCA certificate according to ISO 14067 & ISO 14025. The food contact safety of Nature Line cutlery is core values of the company, and it is tested from ready product in an authorized facility according to latest European Union regulation and will be regularly renewed. Raw material is certified according to PEFC, ISCC+ and RSB.
